LLY and LB7 Formula 1 Fusion Injectors:


The Fusion Injector is the injector to have to make big HP. All power levels are available now. A  modified CP3 injection pump must be in place and working or be part of the planned upgrade. The Fusion injectors will not operate optimally without a modified CP3.

Fusion 1 = 75 HP $1465.00

The F1 is a mild EDM injector upgrade that starts life as a brand new, blank nozzle without spray holes. We form the optimized spray hole size and angle for maximum power, EGT control and smoke reduction. Typical HP levels with the F1 will exceed 575 HP with the stock turbo, proper tuning and fuel supply. They are designed around a stock turbo. Twin turbos and large single turbos will provide over 600 HP  

Fusion 2 = 150 HP  $1465.00

The F2 is intented for an upgraded turbo system. They will still run with a stock turbo but EGT can be high. Typical HP levels will exceed 650 with Twin turbos and large singles. Like all F1 Diesel injectors, they are brand new, custom nozzles. Not a stock part that is Extrude Honed.

Fusion 3 = Up to 200 HP   $1465.00

The F3 will be the last word in injector technology and extreme power. While they can run in stock turbocharger engines, the full potential will not be realized and EGT can get way out of control until the turbo is upgraded.  Twin turbos will make over 700 HP to the rear tires with the F3 and maintain driveability, smoke control and usable EGT levels.

*We need your stock injectors shipped to us for complete disassembly, cleaning, testing and set up. We do not currently repair the LLY injectors. If you send us bad or inoperable injectors, you will get the same thing back. Shipping and Insurance is an additional cost.  

All three power levels will require a modified CP3 pump.  The modified CP3 allows the Fusion to operate at normal accumulator pressures, keep the EGT and smoke low, and make large power increases.
