ARP 2000 Head Studs

ARP studs are rated at 220,000 psi tensile strength, and provide the clamping force required to keep cylinder heads from lifting due to higher combustion pressures. The studs are manufactured by ARP from proprietary ARP 2000 material, with threads rolled after heat-treat to provide optimum fatigue strength. They are centerless ground to assure perfect concentricity. The ends of the studs are broached to facilitate easy installation. This feature also allows the cylinder head to be removed in tight quarters. Also included in each kit are heat-treated, chrome-moly steel 12-point nuts and parallel-ground washers. ARP components come in black oxide finished for extra durability.

ARP Custom Age 625+ Head Studs

PDW is please to annouce the sale of ARP Cutom Age 625+ Headstuds for the Dodge Cummins Engine. These are 12mm Studs that will provide for 150+ lbs. of clamp force. This is as strong of a setup as going to 14mm studs but does not require machining of the block and head to accomodate them. Another benefit over the 14mm is leaving all the original block material in place. These are designed for guys running high boost and/or nitrous, and guys who are having trouble with headgasket integrity using o-rings or fire rings.

ARP Rocker Studs

These are ARP studs made for the Dodge 24v rocker arm assembly. They replace all of the original bolts that can wear or break. A must for guys pushing additional RPM or heavy valvesprings.
