ZZ Custom Fabrication Intake Manifolds

The manifold for the cummins engine was developed to allow for the ability to gain access to the intake ports for porting and to open the end cylinders for better airflow. After a simple machining operation the factory plenum area is removed and machined to accept the ZZ Custom manifold. At this time we realized how efficient it would be to add *spray bars into the manifold design to even out distribution through out the entire head, these spray bars can be modified by us or the customer for a variety of uses. The most popular use is direct port nitrous injection with an orifice injecting nitrous at every port, the benefits of nitrous and diesel are incredible.  The manifold can also be modified or built  custom out of any type of material to fit your application. If you are running extreme pressure or high intake air temps a manifold out of a steel alloy may be preferred.
