PDW Twin Turbo Kits

We are pleased to announce PDW Twin Turbo Kits for the Dodge Cummins Turbo Diesel Ram. These kits are available using the famous Phat Shaft turbos! These are complete kits ready to bolt up. The kits are available for 1989-2006 trucks.

PDW Twin Turbo kits can also be sold as an upgrade for those who already have a Phat Shaft turbo and/or an ATS manifold. Existing exhaust housings may need to be exchanged/modified for the one designed for the twin turbo kit. Our Twin Turbo kits comes with a 5" downpipe that is long enough to run just past the transmission bell housing area. The PDW Twin Turbo kit use a large aFe air filter with 5" inlet. The intake for each system is custom designed to fit each style truck. The PDW Twin Turbo kit allows customers to keep the second battery.

The Dodge diesel pickup modification was the first to severely elevated the bar on torsional shaft strength requirements. I E has embraced different hybrid steel alloys, new manufacturing techniques and continuous quality improvements needed to meet these requirements with optimized consistency. Currently parts for the Dmax-Allison are under test that will help pave the way to putting more power to the ground for those pickup trucks as well.

Unlike the competition I E does not use 300M, 4130, 4140, 8620 or 9310 material.

ZZ Custom Fabrication Intake Manifolds

The manifold for the Cummins engine was developed to allow for the ability to gain access to the intake ports for porting and to open the end cylinders for better airflow. After a simple machining operation the factory plenum area is removed and machined to accept the ZZ Custom manifold. At this time we realized how efficient it would be to add spray bars into the manifold design to even out distribution through out the entire head. These spray bars can be modified by us or the customer for a variety of uses. The most popular use is direct port nitrous injection with an orifice injecting nitrous at every port, the benefits of nitrous and diesel are incredible. The manifold can also be modified or built  custom out of any type of material to fit your application. If you are running extreme pressure or high intake air temps a manifold out of a steel alloy may be preferred.  Call for Details.

PDW Girdle Kits

These kits are manufactored under very stringent conditions using only top quality materials. PDW girdle kits offer the BEST solution on the market for bottom end engine integrity.

They are NOT cut and welded together units offered elsewhere. This girdle is machined specific for our engines. Available for the 12v, 24v, and ISBe Cummins engines.
